Why I'm Asking

When I felt the Lord calling me back on the road as an evangelist, I knew that ministering to pastors would be a part of this step of faith. Having just ended a ten-year tenure as a Lead Pastor, I knew the emotional weight a pastor carries as they lead their church, and I knew the statistics on pastoral health by heart.

But in just the short time I have been back on the road, even my eyes have been opened wider to how great the need is for ministry to the lead pastor and the teams they lead. And I have already seen first hand how ripe the harvest field truly is if churches are intentional in reaching their communities!

It has also become apparent to me that in order to travel full time to any church of any size, I will need a team of donors undergirding our ministry so that finances do not prohibit our ability to minister to the pastors and churches who are most in need of encouragement and empowerment.

That's what this invitation and humble ask is all about.
